On February 5, 2021, the Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic Alymkadyr Beishenaliev and the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Turkey Kubanychbek Omuraliev visited the Optima Technic plant in Ankara, where mobile clinics were manufactured for Kyrgyzstan, within the framework of the Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) on the provision of 5 mobile clinics.

During the visit to the Optima Technic plant, Minister Beishenaliev and Ambassador Omuraliev met with representatives of the plant, the Islamic Development Bank, and the Norwegian company NORMECA AS, which is the General Contractor for the manufacturer of mobile clinics, and discussed the issue of delivery of mobile clinics to Kyrgyzstan.

Minister A. Beishenaliev took part in the assessment of the readiness of mobile clinics for Kyrgyzstan by international companies selected by the Islamic Development Bank. On the basis of mobile clinics there is a diagnostic department with modern medical equipment such as a computed tomograph, ultrasound machines, mammography, X-ray machine, gastroscope, colonoscope, ophthalmoscope, rhinoscope, echocardiograph, laboratory equipment for biochemical and other analyzes, as well as an operating room for cataract surgery.

According to the IDB and the Norwegian company NORMECA AS, from January 31 to February 6, 2021, there was an assessment work carried out on the readiness of mobile clinics for shipping to Kyrgyzstan. Currently, the company has started preparatory work on sending mobile clinics to Kyrgyzstan and following a visit to the plant and meetings with representatives of the IDB and NORMECA AS, the parties agreed to speed up the process of delivering mobile clinics to Kyrgyzstan.
